Welcome to Oiso Seaside House—a lovingly renovated traditional home in a quiet, historic town, just 3 minutes from the beach and 9 minutes from the station. Designed to blend with the old-town charm, this private house offers a peaceful retreat. It has two beds (Simmons mattress) and three futon sets for up to 5.
Enjoy beach, mountain hikes, and local shops. Great for day trips to Hakone, Kamakura, and even Tokyo. Fast Wi-Fi and workspace available. Experience a slower, local side of Japan!
* No loud music or parties are allowed from 21:00 to 8:00
* Sleepwear is not provided, so please bring your own.
* While we take preventive measures, insects may appear due to the location's proximity to nature especially in the summer. Thank you for your understanding. An insect net and sprays are available.
◆Parking
Upon request, we will provide a parking space near the accommodation. For a second vehicle or more, please use metered parking lots in the neighborhood.
◆Location
- A 9-minute walk from Oiso Station. Since Oiso Station is located on the hill side, the walk to the accommodation is downhill, while the walk back to the station is uphill.
- A 3-minute walk to Oiso Beach and Oiso Port. A 5-minute walk to Terugasaki Coast, where you can see Mount Fuji. You can safely access these areas without crossing the roadway by using a connecting path.
- Shonan-daira, which offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and Mount Fuji, is about a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away. A 3-hour hiking, starting from the old Tokaido road, passing through Koma Mountain, reaching Shonan-daira, and returning to Oiso Station, is highly recommended.
- Oiso Long Beach (for spa and waterpark) is about a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bus ride.
