Set within a historic Japanese garden, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers spacious rooms with garden or city views and free Wi-Fi. On-site YU The Spa features massages with scented oils and traditional Japanese hot-spring baths. A glass-enclosed indoor pool and 3 dining options are featured. The classically luxurious rooms include a marble en-suite bathroom with deep soaking bathtub. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV and hi-fi audio system. Guests can receive rejuvenating treatments and soak in the open-air heated hot tub and the hot spring bath at the spa. For convenience, the hotel’s business centre and fitness centre are open 24 hours. Overlooking the Chinzanso Gardens, Il Teatro features Venetian chandeliers and Milanese-style Italian dishes. Miyuki offers a range of Japanese cuisine served by staff in kimonos, and international dishes are served at the Bistro. Tokyo Chinzanso Hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from JR Tokyo Train Station. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Edogawabashi Subway Station. A lounge is reserved exclusively for suite room guests to enjoy a light meal service and terrace seating. The elegant interior is designed with respect to culture and tradition suitable for being left to future generations. In the middle of Tokyo, feel the breath of each season as you experience a moment of relaxation.

A deposit via PayPal for non-refundable plan is required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date or guest reservations may be cancelled.

Spa & Pool access is available at an additional charge, unless included in room charge. Please note that children 3 years old and below cannot enter the spa facilities including the open-air heated tub, hot springs bath and pool. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children 13 years and older may enter the fitness centre.

We would like to announce that all the facilities in the pool area will be temporarily closed for regular maintenance.

The maintenance will be held on the following dates.

・From Monday, September 29, 2025 to Friday, October 3, 2025

・From Monday, March 2, 2025 to Friday, March 6, 2025

The fitness gym, bathing area with “Onsen” bath and locker rooms can be used during the above periods.

The swimming pool, dry sauna, Jet bath and steam sauna will be closed.
