Aquaholic Iritahama is a duplex that consists of two wings; A & B. Each wing can accommodate 6 adults & 4 children (children 6 years old & older are counted as adults). The maximum number of guests include any guests who visit Aquaholic regardless of whether they stay overnight or not. Once booking is confirmed, a link for Pledge of the Guest Count & Community Respect will be sent via email. After pledged, a Welcome Guide that contains the check in procedure will be sent. If not pledged, the reservation may be canceled. In case Japan Meteorological Agency declared a typhoon warning in Shimoda or if a Level 3 or higher evacuation advisory is announced, the reservation will be automatically canceled (24 hrs before the check-in time), the cancellation fee will be exempted. Otherwise, the cancellation policy of this site will be applied. Cancellation policy will apply regardless of the declaration state of emergency or pre-emergency measures in prevention of the disease. Cancellations due to illness or infectious disease will also subject to cancellation policy. In case of cancellation by Aquaholic due to infectious disease-related situations, the cancellation fee will be exempted.

The quality of water in Iritahama is accredited as the highest ranked AA in the Department of Environment water quality survey. Beaches with a COD (chemical oxygen consumption) of 0.5 mg / L or less are known as “beaches with extremely good water quality”. Only 14 out of 849 beaches in the country has met this criterion, based from the annual survey. Iritahama is one of those 14 beaches.
