A deposit via PayPal is required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date or guest reservations will be cancelled.

Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property directly in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged at an additional charge. Please contact the property directly.

A surcharge of JPY 3,500 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that the property does not provide towels. Guests must bring their own towels or rent them on site. Charges apply.

Guests wishing to bring their pets need to contact the property in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 4,500 JPY per pet per night applies. Please note that the property can only allow small and medium dogs.

Air conditioning is charged extra at 2,200 JPY per night when used October 20th to May 6th. 550 JPY will be added for extra persons stay.

住宿可能不允许有纹身的客人进入公共浴池区或其他类似设施，以免纹身对其他客人造成影响。

房价不包含每人每晚须支付的住宿税费，客人将在到店入住时支付该费用。
