A brand new furnished Studio apartment in DAMAC Tower in an amazing area with walking distance from malls, hospital, shops, restaurants. Central AC and a dedicated parking space. Fully furnished with brand new IKEA furniture and Appliances. Amazing Building Facilities including Gym, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, and Souna. The tenant will be required to sign a contract and pay security deposit.
