Queen-sized bed and single day bed in living-room, hot water heater, fans, air conditioners, fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, hand soap, stove, safe, refrigerator, smart TV in living-room & the bedroom, WIFI, internet, cable. Centrally located-Near to Dolphin Cove, Ocean's 11 restaurant, Dunns River Falls, Rafting, Mystic Mountain Park, Turtle River Park, Craft Markets, Island Village Market, &more. CLEANING: CHECK-OUT cleaning ONLY. If you desire additional cleaning, the room attendant charges; please arrange and pay privately. FRESH LINENS: Replenished on request. SUPPLIES: 2 waters, sufficient toilet papers (replenish at your expense), hand & dishwashing soaps. Upon arrival, please send pictures of any damages or stains within two hours. IMPORTANT: 1. Please wash all beach sand off at the shower by the security guard. Do not enter the apartment with sand; it will clog the drainage. 2. Please use the drying rack to hang your towels/clothing. Hanging items on the patio rails is prohibited; you will be fined.

Centrally located, no need for a vehicle. Near to Dolphin Cove, Ocean's 11 restaurant, Dunns River Falls, Calypso Rafting on the White River, Mystic Mountain Park, Turtle River Park, Craft Markets, Island Village Market, Taj Mahal and more. If you take a taxi, please negotiate fares before departing. There are glass bottom boats on the beach (use Cologne's boat and ask him for a discount). Please barter when shopping. I urge to to try the chicken at KFC and patties at both Tastee (original) and Juici beef patties, Devon House ice-cream, jerk chicken, jerk pork, escovitch fish, festival, yams, salt-fish fritters and... For economical lunch go to Pizza King and several other small restaurants in the Simmon's plaza. The restaurant on property has delicious and reasonably priced meals. D-Indigenous Herbal Shop on property makes delicious and nutritious shakes and sells health items.
