Independent villa, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and scenic area.
The house is very cozy: it has a large terrace, from which you can enjoy panoramic views of Marina Piccola, while, inside, consists of a double bedroom, a spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed (for two guests), kitchen and bathroom.
It has recently been renovated, furnished and equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, free WIFI, appliances new (fridge, oven, microwave, washer-class energy A +), and any other comfort.
For our guests the house offers tablecloths for the bathroom, hair dryer, linens, dishes, pots ...
