It is located in a residential area of Comiso and offers a beautiful pool. Guests have at their disposal a large outdoor area of about 4,000 square meters. A veranda, the windows of the living room-lounge and one of the many bedrooms overlook a shady lawn garden refined by a pond. The house is divided into two halves that are not internally connected. All eight bedrooms are available to guests; a large courtyard with flowers and numerous jasmine plants offers another veranda with bamboo canopy, a characteristic spring water fountain and an elegant gazebo in the center. The modern and inviting pool precedes an olive grove, under which is the parking area. Thanks to the convenient location you can reach: Comiso, the ancient "Casmene", rich in history, monuments and with a characteristic urban layout, hence the name "City Theater" of Comiso. The great charming cities of Catania and Syracuse are about 100 km away. In 20 km you can reach the places of a famous and popular TV series in this part of Sicily: Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Ispica. About 40 km away are the baroque towns of Noto and Caltagirone, home of ceramics. For those who love the sea, the clear waters of the villages of the Iblea coast can be reached in 20 minutes by car: Scoglitti, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata, Cava d'Aliga, Sampieri, Marina di Modi
