Lucca is famous for its medieval and Renaissance splendor. A stroll on the mighty town walls along the charming medieval streets is the best way to get to know the town. Among the main attractions, the Botanical Garden is the closest to our accommodations, but it only takes a few steps to reach the Duomo di San Martino, San Michele, San Frediano, Piazza Napoleone and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro with its distinctive oval shape. Not to mention the Guinigi Tower which offers a beautiful view of Lucca and the surrounding hills.
