A blooming and fully equipped garden with tables, chairs, and sunbeds for exclusive use on the ground floor of the house, entirely enclosed with an electric gate Villa entirely available on two floors, fully equipped kitchen, equipped with dishes, appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, living room with sofa bed, side table area, Smart TV, INTERNET WI FI and via ethernet, double bedroom with TV, linen included, complete bathroom, shower, linen included, washing machine, balcony on the first floor, hallway with access to the internal staircase to the second floor, bathroom complete with shower, reading/relaxation lounge and balcony overlooking the garden. Exclusive courtyard, private parking spaces and relaxation garden, with deckchairs, table and chairs outdoors under a rose gazebo.
