Check-in is available from 2 pm to 10 pm.
In case of arrival after the permitted time we can assist you with a self check-in procedure and we will come to meet you the following day to complete all the required procedures and provide you with the necessary assistance.
Upon arrival you will need to show a valid identity document to complete the registration of our guests at the authority portal.
You will be given a manual key and a magnetic card to access the property and your room. The card must both be used to access and inserted into the appropriate slot to activate the electricity.
Check out is possible until 11am at the latest.

All rooms at Vesuvius Palace offer a fast and reliable wi-fi connection, independent air conditioning, a safe to store your personal effects, a kettle, a coffee machine and a smart TV.Vesuvius Palace does not have a 24-hour reception or a front desk. You will therefore need to contact us in advance to arrange your meeting with a member of our staff who will come to the property to welcome you and assist you with the entire check-in procedure.
