Check-in is available from 2 pm to 10 pm. In case of arrival after the permitted time we can assist you with a self check-in procedure and we will come to meet you the following day to complete all the required procedures and provide you with the necessary assistance. Upon arrival you will need to show a valid identity document to complete the registration of our guests at the authority portal. You will be given a manual key and a magnetic card to access the property and your room. The card must both be used to access and inserted into the appropriate slot to activate the electricity. Check out is possible until 11am at the latest.

Vesuvius Palace is a brand new Aparthotel located 10 minutes walk from the Herculaneum ruins and 15 minutes from the Circumvesuviana train station. The property is in a splendid historic building completely renovated in a modern style respecting the history of the place. The rooms are equipped with all the comforts for an unforgettable stay at the base of Vesuvius. All rooms at Vesuvius Palace offer a fast and reliable wi-fi connection, independent air conditioning, a safe to store your personal effects, a kettle, a coffee machine and a smart TV.Vesuvius Palace does not have a 24-hour reception or a front desk. You will therefore need to contact us in advance to arrange your meeting with a member of our staff who will come to the property to welcome you and assist you with the entire check-in procedure.

Our aparthotel is located in a beautiful historic building completely renovated in 2024 to offer an unforgettable stay in the name of comfort and elegance. At the back of the building you will find a fascinating equipped garden available to all our guests. We have 7 free parking spaces inside the gate. It is therefore necessary to book in advance to ensure the possibility of parking in the property. However, if there are no more spaces, you can still park for free on the street nearby. Our staff can assist you in booking tours, transfers and experiences to make the most of all the numerous attractions that our region has to offer.
