The finely furnished apartment is located on the fifth floor of a prestigious and quiet building with elevator, in the center of Rome, St. Peter's area. Just 350 meters away are the Vatican Museums, 650 meters from St. Peter's Square with its basilica, and 300 meters from the metro Ottaviano S. Pietro. A stone's throw from the Court of Rome and near the Olympic Stadium, a place of sporting and musical events. The holiday house consists of two apartments: one with double bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen, the other with triple bedroom, living room with double bed and kitchenette, private bathroom. Each room is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and ADSL Internet line. Italian buffet breakfast included. On request garage and restaurant (next to the B&B), car rental with driver. LATE CHECK IN: Please note that a surcharge of 30EUR applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 00:00, 50EUR for arrivals from 00:00 until 02:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The area is absolutely quiet from a security point of view and is very quiet. It offers all kinds of necessary services, from bars to restaurants, from laundry service to supermarkets. The attractions are among the most sought after in the Capital: -St. Peter's Basilica -Vatican Museums -Castel Sant'Angelo -Olympic Stadium -Civil and Criminal Tribual of Rome -Shopping streets among the most famous and renowned in Rome
