PAYMENT METHOD The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) in effect. On-site payment is not accepted. Please note that failure to process the payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation. GUEST ACCESS Many of our apartments do not have a reception; therefore, guests will access the property through a self check-in system, receiving either an access code or details on where to collect the keys. For this reason, it is essential that all guests receive the check-in instructions before arrival. If you have not received them, please contact us. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance. In this case, it's essential that you complete the online check-in before the day of arrival so we can provide you with all the necessary instructions for self check-in. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Once the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a personalized form (Guest Portal), which must be completed with all the necessary check-in details. All guests staying at the property must enter their personal information in the Guest Portal. Failure to provide the required information may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Urban Kalaris was born from the idea of bringing art and urban style into hospitality, offering new perspectives on the city of Cagliari and southern Sardinia. On one side, the view from the fourth floor of an elegant building overlooking Piazza Yenne, in the historic district of Stampace, provides a privileged vantage point over Cagliari. On the other, the view of the inner courtyards, rooftops, and bell towers culminates in the imposing and majestic Baroque façade of the Church of Sant’Anna. Urban Kalaris is an invitation to experience the city by following its perimeters, its walls, and its public art. After exploring the city's most interesting and hidden corners or spending a day at the beach in one of the area's most renowned spots (Poetto, Villasimius, Chia…), six minimalist and urban-style rooms await you, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of day. Moss, Caramel, Esmerald, Dusk, Bloom, and Midnight—each room is unique and has been entrusted to the touch of a local artist to pay tribute to the territory and environment in an urban key, starting from a base color palette (which gives each room its name). The rooms at Urban Kalaris alternate between different color schemes and artistic expressions, ranging from blue to orange, passing through cherry red. Two suites, one comfort room, and three superior standard rooms with private furnished balconies, recently inaugurated, have been designed with carefully selected materials, furnishings, and spaces to make you feel perfectly at ease and in harmony with your surroundings.

Urban Karalis is located in the heart of Cagliari’s historic center, in the Stampace district. Its strategic location allows you to reach all the main attractions and landmarks of the city with a short walk. Just a few steps away, you will find Corso Vittorio Emanuele, home to numerous renowned restaurants offering both local and international cuisine, as well as the trendiest bars in town. Continuing along Via Manno and Via Garibaldi, you will enter the shopping district, where you can explore designer boutiques, low-cost stores, charming artisan shops, and vintage clothing stores. In just a few minutes, you can reach Bastione di Saint Remy, which offers a breathtaking 360-degree view over Cagliari, as well as Largo Carlo Felice, the public gardens, the tourist port, and the central train station. Around the property, you will find banks, pharmacies, and a supermarket open until late. The accommodation is also well connected by public transport, making it easy to reach Poetto Beach.
