Sea Breeze Suites was born from my travel experience: after staying in many hotels during my work trips, I realized that you don’t need too many frills, but clean, tidy and comfortable rooms where you can truly feel good. That’s why I created a simple, straightforward and comfortable guest house, where quality and relaxation always come first.

Sea Breeze Suites is located in a residential area of Livorno, very quiet and safe both day and night. The neighborhood is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet away from traffic, with free street parking always available nearby. The Levante Shopping Center is also close by, convenient for groceries or small purchases. Livorno is a lively and welcoming seaside city, famous for its Scogli dell’Accademia, historic canals (Fossi Medicei), the tourist port and its seafood cuisine. Just a 20-minute walk from the property you will find the beautiful Terrazza Mascagni, a seaside promenade much loved by tourists and locals alike, home to the Livorno Aquarium, artisan gelato shops, pizzerias and renowned seafood restaurants. From the neighborhood, the city center is easily reachable by direct buses or with a pleasant 30-minute walk.
