Welcome to Residenza 1930, a recently renovated apartment (August 2022) equipped with all modern comforts: TV, air conditioning, heating, linens, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, and oven.
The property features a portion of the terrace in front of the building, furnished with a table and a sunshade, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Hi, I’m Angelo! Hosting you is a true pleasure for me, and I work every day to make you feel at home during your stay. I manage Residenza 1930 and Residenza 1955, and what I love most about my job is meeting people from all over the world and helping make their travels special.
When I’m not focused on hospitality, I enjoy exploring the surroundings, cooking traditional dishes, and discovering new stories and cultures. I’m always available for tips, suggestions, or just a friendly chat. I can’t wait to welcome you!
Residenza 1930 is situated in a quiet and well-served residential area, with buses, taxis, bars, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and a fruit and vegetable market nearby. The historic center and the Sassi can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes.
