The Room & Breakfast Canalino 21 rooms are located on the second floor of a historic building in the center of Modena. The 18th century building has no elevator and can be reached by a marble staircase that leads to the inside of the building with a magnificent view of an inner courtyard and the roofs of Modena. The Palace belonged to my family and was only recently divided into apartments.
R&B Canalino 21 is a stone's throw from the soul of the city of Modena, a few meters to reach Piazza Grande and the Ghirlandina, the Via Albanelli Market, Art museums and Ferrari Museum, The station is just a few minutes walk away, as is the Military Academy.

Please note that our property is in a historic building without an elevator. Rooms are located on the second and third floors.

Each room has air conditioning, while the breakfast room is equipped with two ceiling fans to refresh the air. Unfortunately, the historic building did not allow the installation of four independent motors; therefore, to avoid central motor blockages, temperature control is managed through a centralized home automation system.

Breakfast is self-service. You will find everything you need in our kitchen, refrigerator, and breakfast room, in single portions and, where possible, organic.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
