Located on the third floor with lift of an elegant building in Borgo Teresiano, the heart of Trieste a stone's throw from Piazza Unità d'Italia, the NEVERIN apartments were inaugurated in may 2021 and renovated with some improvements in 2025. Bora, Maestrale and Scirocco are three independent apartments, located at same level and accessible from the main entrance door, equipped with wifi opening. In the common area you will have at your disposal washing machine and dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. The security door will give you access to your apartment. The free wifi in fiber optic FTTH (the fastest existing) will allow you to work in the computer friendly stations in each of the three apartments, the 55 ”Netlfix 4k led tvs and youtube ready to relax with your favorite series. Samsung wind find free air conditioners in every room. The kitchens are all equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge as well as all cutlery and pots. The bathrooms are all equipped with large shower, hairdryer and towels. Adjustable intensity LED lights, electric shutters, double windows and soundproof walls will allow you to fully enjoy your Trieste relaxation. 🅿️Paid garage parking (250mt from apartments) available on request.

Residence Neverin is located in the heart of Trieste, in Borgo Teresiano. The many pedestrian streets full of historic cafes, typical restaurants and charming shops will take you in 5 minutes to the Railway Station, in 5 minutes to Ponterosso, in 10 minutes to the spectacular Piazza Unità d'Italia (the largest square overlooking the sea in Europe ), in 5 minutes you can reach each of the 5 churches of different religions present in Trieste (Synagogue, Eastern Greek, Serbian Orthodox, Evangelical Lutheran, Evangelical Reformed Swiss and Maltese, as well as the Basilica of San Giusto). At 100m you will find BiTS, the brand new bike sharing service that will allow you to breathe the Austro-Hungarian air of the city center or to reach (crossing the brand new Porto Vecchio) the Barcolana Riviera and continue along the coast to Miramare Castle. Under the house you will find typical restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of shops, pharmacies, souvenirs, many clothing stores.
