The Residence Lungomare is located in a prime central position, just steps away from the sea and the stunning promenade, and only a few minutes from the Riccione Conference Center. The apartments are situated within a few hundred meters of the Leardini Group hotels, allowing guests to enjoy services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fully customizable options. Available in various types, from a penthouse with a sea view to a suite overlooking the charming marina, all accommodations are pet-friendly and feature well-appointed, comfortable spaces with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and one or more bedrooms. Some apartments also offer a balcony and/or private garden. The private beach, equipped with two swimming pools, whirlpools, children's play areas, and a lounge zone with a chiringuito, is available by reservation for an additional fee (early booking recommended). Each apartment includes one complimentary parking space.
