意大利“位置非常优越，出门地铁站，附近五分钟之内大量超市饭店，但楼在院子深处很安静。房子干净整洁设备齐全，卧室落地窗连通室外下沉小院，院里打理得很温馨，有跑步机和一些健身器材放在大雨棚下面，在小雨天跑步还挺舒服。
厨房很好用，有胶囊咖啡机和胶囊，房东在入住前准备了矿泉水。桌上有烈酒，冰箱里有prosecco起泡酒，还有两套对应的高脚杯，可以随意取用。冰箱还有一次性冷冻冰块袋，可以配烈酒喝。各处还备有多种小零食。这些都适合端一个漂亮小垫板去小院坐在躺椅上享受。
