Podere Calvaiola is a historic residence dating back to the 1700s, built primarily to accommodate 3 families with an attached ground-floor animal husbandry area. The families were responsible for cultivating the 100 hectares of land on the property. After World War II, due to the introduction of tractors in agriculture, the building remained uninhabited until it was renovated by the Giardini family from Milan. The renovation, carried out using a conservation method, ensures a perfect balance between the original purpose of the building and its current use for relaxation and a deep connection with nature and Tuscany.
