Residence Pianomare is located in the centre of the tourist area and pedestrian zone of Imperia Porto Maurizio, Borgo Marina, just a few steps from the beaches, the marina, restaurants and the most important tourist attractions. The structure, newly built (2022!), offers guests the opportunity to enjoy, summer and winter, a day at the sea or on a boat, a walk inland, a bike ride on our enchanting cycle path (from Imperia to Ospedaletti!) and even a few days of remote work. The residence consists of different types of flats (7 in total), with fully equipped kitchens, and a hotel-type room; each unit, with private bathroom, is air-conditioned, equipped with free WiFi and flat-screen satellite TV with the most important Italian and world channels. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, drinks and snack dispenser. Paid parking spaces are available nearby and by reservation. Genoa Airport: 113km; Nice Airport: 80km; Monte Carlo: 67km; Sanremo: 31km; Alassio: 30km.
