OPERA|02 estate is located among the gentle hills of Levizzano Rangone, just a few kilometers from the city of Modena, surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards.
Everything started from the purchase of a stable from the 50’s, which was later converted in the vinegar loft.
Passion, perseverance and dedication are just some of the values that OPERA|02 CEO’s Mattia Montanari, has inherited from his family and has been able to actualize in this start up day after day.
Actually, it is with great courage that he has launched this project, which keeps on growing day after day.
On one side the organic cultivated area and on the other side the accommodating building, characterized by various renewable energy systems, two restaurants and 8 rooms.
Our leading points are the respect for nature and tradition, and therefore the choice of embracing Organic Agriculture.
The attention for the ancient gestures teaches us to deeply appreciate our land and our local products, Lambrusco and Vinegar.

Our 8 Junior Suites of OPERA|02 are developed along a corridor that directly overlooks the vinegar loft. The access to the private terrace, that each room has, allows instead to admire the shades and the intense colours of the hilly landscape.
The well furnished interiors take inspiration from eight different typical products of the area, making each room unique and original. Our guests can see the silent barrels of the Montanari family from the corridor and on the other side, by the terrace of each room, the wonderful panorama drawn by the Modena hills.
Guests also have access to the outdoor swimming pool, mountain bikes and the small wellness center with sauna and turkish bath, to enjoy their stay at its best.
The BISTROT RESTAURANT offers you the maximum expression of the Emilian cuisine, through a simple and at the same time dynamic service in the main room, characterized by a stunning view of our vineyards.
The “Pasta fresca” is entirely handmade by our “Razdore” and many ingredients we use are housemade as well (Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, aged condiments, fruits compotes, Saba, Nocino and local wines such as Lambrusco).
The facility has a traditional vinegarloft and a wine cellar and organizes, through reservation, tours & tastings.
