This newly renovated apartment with modern decour is equipped with 2 rooms with queen beds, desks, 4K flatscreen TVs, free WI-FI, air conditioners and a common area kitchen with washing machine.
After having worked in the cinema and graphic industry abroad, I have decided to join the entrepreneurial world by opening up the Next Rest Bed & Breakfast in the lovely Su Plane center in Selargius.
Su Planu is a verdant residential district adjacent to the most needed comforts a guest might ask for, such as:
-Shopping mall and supermarket at 200 meters (650 feet) away.
-Post office at 200 meters (650 feet) away.
-Brotzu Hospital, microcytic and oncology departments at 1 kilometer or 3300 feet away (15 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car).
-Catering services such as bars, pizzerias and restaurants, they too at a few hundreds of meters / feet away within walking distance.
-Bus services to reach the city center such as Via Roma, Pizza Yenne and Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
-Elmas Airport at 10 mins car distance.
-The Poetto Beach and coastline within 10-15 minutes by car via the main road artery "Asse Mediano" or "Median Axis" .
-ATM and Intesa San Paolo bank within walking distance.
