Welcome to our Home. Our brand-new apartment is located in Bologna’s vibrant downtown, in Via Marconi, just 12 mins away from the main square “Piazza Maggiore” and 10 mins from the train station (by foot). Both contemporary and cozy, our apartment offers comfortable spaces for your stay featuring a large living room, a fully furnished kitchen with bar counter and dining table, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. At a rare height for the city centre, from the 7th floor (out of 8) you may enjoy a wonderful view towards the North, East and West sides above Bologna’s characteristic red roofs. You will be delighted by the romantic sunsets from the West balcony during Spring/Summer time, 100% sure. The big windows in all rooms together with the three sides view guarantee natural lightning and smooth breeze difficult to find in the city centre. The living room will make you feel at home, with full bookshelves, a snugly couch and a large TV. The kitchen and dining area are the perfect scenario for your meals, either if you are up to cooking or simply ordering delivery food. The two bathrooms are complete and large enough, you may choose between a relaxing shower or a bubble bath in the tub after your long day through Bologna’s porticos and alleys. There is high speed wi-fi (optic fiber) in all rooms, that will easily allow for remote work and/or movie streaming. The apartment features three bedrooms, including a king-size double bedroom, a queen-size double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has comfortable mattresses, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a storage bench. Regardless of the number of guests indicated in the reservation, the apartment will always be entirely available to guests (there are no locked rooms or bathrooms). Based on the number of guests booked, bed linens and towels will be prepared. To ensure your expectations are met, please indicate your preferred bed type at the time of booking.
Via Marconi and the neighbourhood around is full of shops and points of interest. In less than 5 mins walking there are 3 supermarkets (PAM, COOP, Aldi), 2 Pharmacies (“Farmacia Sant’Anna” and “Farmacia del Porto”), 1 Gelateria (“Delizie della Riva”), ATMs and several cafés/restaurants, among other stores. Within the same distance, you may visit the MAMbo – Modern Art Museum of Bologna, the Lumiere – Movie Library of Bologna and a small green oasis at “Parco 11 Settembre”. You may also experience the local market of fresh bio food (fruits, vegetables, bread, diary, etc) as a genuine “Bolognese”, available only on Saturday mornings at the Lumiere square. The majority of buses that goes through downtown stops at the bus stop in front of the building entrance (“Piazza dei Martiri” and “Marconi” stops). We would be delighted to host you at our home, and make you feel as if it was also yours.

Each room features comfortable mattresses, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a luggage bench.

Regardless of the number of guests included in the reservation, the entire apartment will always be fully available to you (no rooms or bathrooms will be locked).

Based on the number of guests booked, the corresponding bed linen and towels will be provided. To ensure we meet your expectations, please specify your preferred bed setup when making your reservation.

If no preference is communicated in advance, the apartment will be prepared as follows:

2 guests → 1 double bed

3 guests → 2 double beds

4 guests → 2 double beds

5 guests → 2 double beds + 1 single bed

6 guests → 2 double beds + 2 single beds
