The house is located in the centre of Livigno, in a perfect position for a stay in the mountains in any season. Situated close to the pedestrian and shopping area (and therefore easily reached by car), it overlooks the lifts and slopes of the Valandrea Ski Area (from which it is possible to reach the Sitas-Carosello 3000 ski area at altitude), with a school field and children’s carpet: just cross the road to be already on skis, while in summer Livigno’s best itineraries and trails are very close by.
