In the true heart of Naples, in a historic building of 1700 recently renovated and inside a property totally renovated in 2022, there is Lucullo’s Rooftop. For all guests of the structure there is a terrace of over 250 square metres with a panoramic view of the dome of San Francesco da Paola and Piazza del Plebiscito, the Vesuvius, the Beverello pier, the Castel Sant’Elmo and the Vomero hill. The terrace, shared with the owners, is equipped from 1 April to 15 October with umbrellas, tables, chairs, hammocks and sun loungers. An outdoor shower is available during the summer season. There is a comfortable elevator that serves the floors (II ° and IV °) both apartments, guests will have to take a flight of stairs (around 15 stairs) to access both accomodations and enjoy the spectacular view from the terrace, please consider this when arranging your baggage. Our location is not suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The apartments were totally renovated in 2022 and all have high quality furniture and comfortable beds with orthopaedic nets and mattresses with very high comfort. Wifi, air conditioner with heat pump, led smart TV (some with 50’ screen), coffee machine, microwave, induction plate and other comforts for a stay at the top! Extra-time check-in is possible by prior arrangement.

In the splendid scenery of the hill of Pizzofalcone, where Partenope was founded by the ancient Cumani Greeks in the eighth century BC, and where later the Roman consul Lucius Licinius Lucillus built his vast and mythological dwelling in the first century BC, the Lucullo’s Rooftop stands. The property is located a 4-minute walk from Piazza Plebiscito and less than 90 metres from the Chiaia Metro station (line 6). There are convenience stores open overnight, bars, restaurants and typical pizzerias, pharmacy, etc. Ideal location for tourists who want to enjoy the best of the real historic centre without having to resort to travel by public or own transport.
