Located in the central area, it is very close to the various city attractions and the seafront promenade. Very close to the public transport stop for the beaches on both the northern side (Pittulongu-Bados) and the southern side (Le Saline-Porto Istana). There are both free and paid parking in the area. The area is very well served by various types of services, like restaurants, bars, bank with ATMs, pharmacies, laundries, grocery stores and much more.
