Thanks to the know-how gained about 30 years ago with the company Cuendet, the same group of people who gave birth in 2010 to "Geco" (original experience in the field of Revenue Management) and the hotel network "Gecohotels - Chosen by Travellers", has decided, using a powerful technological platform, to create a department dedicated to vacation homes. Geco Vacation Rentals offers over 500 units including: apartments, timeshares and villas all over Italy.

Rocche di Valiano is an ancient village situated in the heart of Chianti area near Siena. The structure, completely surrounded by olives groves, enjoys a spectacular view of the typical Tuscany landscape made by sweet hills and of the vast vineyards. The recent renovation doesn’t have altered the Rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The apartments are furnished with a full equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and satellite tv. Each apartment has its own private garden equipped with external tables and chairs, to enjoy outdoor meals. Instead the wonderful swimming pool with whirlpool inside (21,00m. x 7,00m. depth. 1,50-1,70) is of common use for all apartments. The customer will find on site the kit of bathroom products (hand soap, shower and underwear, toilet paper) and one for the kitchen (2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags). The facility is under video surveillance for the safety of guests. The cameras are pointed outwards, avoiding private gardens so as not to invade guest privacy. The videos will be used in the event of damage to property or persons by guests or third parties.
