The structure consists of three mini apartments, all with the latest generation air conditioning and underfloor heating which allows a rapid achievement of the desired temperature and a pleasant feeling of comfort. The WIFI connection is with unlimited FIBER technology with a high browsing speed (1000 mega) Towels, sheets and courtesy set including hairdryer are provided. The bathrooms are equipped with all comforts and the shower cubicle is in tempered safety glass; toilet paper is supplied without limits. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob. There is also a moka coffee maker. Inside one of the kitchen doors there is a washing machine complete with detergent and fabric softener for the exclusive use of the guest free of charge. The parking located on site is chargeable: you can choose between a private garage with a shutter at a cost of 15 euros per day or, alternatively, there are 3 private parking spaces (uncovered) at a cost of 10 euros per day. Outside the apartment you can use a patio equipped with tables, chairs and umbrella. We are happy to accommodate animals (extra cost: 20 euros per stay).

Guests access the property via Self Check-in. Starting one week before arrival, you will receive an email to register your documents. Then, you will receive an access code which will allow you to access the property at any time WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS and in total freedom from 3pm onwards. The apartment is located in the heart of the city 100 meters from the central square, 150 meters from the Sassi entrance, 200 meters from a supermarket, 150 meters from a pharmacy. On the other side of the road is the Papa Paolo Giovanni II Park, a place surrounded by greenery where you can spend a few hours in total relaxation. The most important monuments are easily reachable on foot at a very short distance. Within 800 meters there are dozens of restaurants, rotisseries and bars.
