"La Terrazza Di Evelina, Guest House" is a bright and spacious apartment. Complete restoration was completed in August 2017. It is located on the top floor of a 7- storey building (with elevator) built in the early 1900's. It is made up of 4 bedrooms each designed to have its own personal character, elegance and style. Each room has its own private bathroom, A/C, WiFi and television. At our guests' disposal a living room with kitchenette where you can prepare a breakfast or a quick meal, (but without using gas stoves and a traditional oven) you will find a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with compartments reserved for each room, plus everything needed for a small breakfast (coffee and snacks) offered free of charge to all our guests. Finally, the terrace from the terrace you can enjoy a peaceful and panoramic view of the entire neighborhood as well as Rome's warm and sunny days!

Its central position allows you to walk to many points of interest. It is a 10-15 minute walk to either the Colosseum or St. John's Basilica. It is a 2-minute walk to the metro stop, "Manzoni" on the A-line, from which you easily and quickly reach Rome's central train station "Termini" in only 5 minutes/2 stops. In 10 minutes/5 stops you can reach Piazza di Spagna (The Spanish Steps) and in 15 minutes/8 stops, you can reach the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square.
