The structure, renovated a few years ago, is located in the center of Nicolosi, Porta dell'Etna. The town is so named as it is located in a strategic position, a few minutes away from Etna and also from Etnaland- Acquapark and Themepark, the largest amusement park in the South.

The structure overlooks the main square of Nicolosi, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The B&B is therefore a stone's throw from all the town's commercial activities: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, post offices and banks. There are also several parking areas in the area.
