The apartment is located in Piazza Marconi, the pulsating center of Vernazza. It is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, reached by a wide staircase. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen and living room, a bathroom and a wonderful sea view terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 bed, closet, bedside tables and a beautiful sea view window. The living room has a kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, dishes and cooking utensils), a double sofa bed, some games and reading items, and access to the beautiful terrace. The terrace is large, faces directly onto Vernazza's main square, and has a magnificent view of the sea and the village's main church. It is furnished with a large table, seating and two sun loungers. The bathroom is complete with shower, washing machine, toilet, bidet and sink with mirror. The fixtures in the house were renovated in 2024. The apartment has Wi-Fi and like most accommodations in Vernazza does not have air conditioning.

Luca, born in 1993, worked in the university world obtaining a PhD in Digital Storytelling. Now he’s dedicated himself full time to the family vineyard in Vernazza, where he produces the Eroico wine and accompanies tourists from all over the world through its rows, telling them the stories of the Ligurian landscapes and its wine. He’s also a Environmental Guide and sommelier he knows all the local tips. Since 2025 he started a new project called "be Eroico" that reinvests part of the profits from vacations houses in the regeneration of the terraced landscape of Cinque Terre: a fragile ecosystem that men in the past have created to make an inhospitable landscape cultivable and needs constant maintenance to preserve it. All his family is working in preserving and conserving Ligurian landscape and values and they hope to share them with you.

BeEroico accommodations are located in Piazza Marconi, the heart of Vernazza. Staying in our accommodations, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Cinque Terre vibes. Vernazza and the Cinque Terre are unique and ancient villages. Their charm is unmatched but this also brings with it some inconveniences. The accommodations are located on the fourth floor of a historic building without a lift, reachable via a large staircase. A small effort that we are sure will be worth it- Vernazza offers the best during the evening. After 6 pm, most of the tourists leave and you will have the opportunity to dine in one of the restaurants in the square and enjoy the lights of the sunset. During the day, you can enjoy the hiking trails of the Cinque Terre, organize a boat tour or visit our family vineyard, where we produce Eroico Wine.
