Isaia Garden is a gem in the historic center of Bologna. Recently renovated and developed on two levels, the house has a private garden and is only 8 minutes away by foot from Piazza Maggiore, the main square of Bologna. The house is extremely quiet and has a lot of privacy, far from the noise of the city while being in the center of it.

The house is located in the famous Via Sant 'Isaia (where the first tower of Bologna was built to guard the arrival of the enemies of Modena), 8 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and a few steps from the characteristic Via Saragozza. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a large variety of shops of all kinds, pharmacies and supermarkets; moving towards the nearby via del Pratello there are several pubs, bars, restaurants and trattorias. In via Lame and via Marconi there are two cinemas, while in via Saragozza the Chaplin cinema projects films in original language every Monday evening.
