La nostra è un ‘azienda agricola a conduzione famigliare,alleviamo capre allo stato brado che si cibano della sola vegetazione spontanea e di qui foniamo ai nostri clienti i prodotti da noi trasformati (formaggi,yogurt,latte ,carne e uova delle nostre galline )
I prodotti vegetali sono del nostro orto biologico, l’olio ,il vino ed altri prodotti da noi non disponibili le acquistiamo in aziende agricole a km 0 .

La nostra struttura è stata interamente ristrutturata dopo il terremoto del 1997,è interamente antisismica e sono stati usati soltanto materiali naturali ,intonaci a calce ,travi in legno di rovere e pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano e cocciopesto ,nel pieno rispetto del architettura tradizionale Umbra .
