The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in its three double bedrooms. As you enter the apartment, you'll pass through a narrow corridor leading to the first double bedroom, complete with a desk for any work or study needs – perfect for kids. Another double bedroom awaits, exuding a romantic ambiance. It provides a cozy retreat for couples or individuals seeking privacy. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living area are combined into a single open space, designed for socializing and spending quality time with your companions. You can relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying entertainment on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances such as a fridge, oven, stove, a coffee machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additionally, a well-appointed second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available, along with cleaning supplies for your convenience. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by a narrow staircase. Please note that there is no elevator. The apartment has no private parking. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
