Apartment Gisa is a modern and bright 80 m² apartment in Colazza, just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. It includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, private parking, and access to the seasonal outdoor pool. Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 guests, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Guests have access to a large private relaxation area of 1300 m², perfect for leisure and tranquility. The garden includes an outdoor swimming pool (7.30 × 3.70 m – depth 1.20 m), sun loungers, parasol, gazebo with table and chairs, children's trampoline, and a large lawn ideal for outdoor games. The area, located just 50 m from the apartment, is reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring total privacy; it may be used by the host's family only when guests are not present. Access hours: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Colazza is a lively hillside village and a strategic point for visiting the beauties of Lake Maggiore and nearby Lake Orta. Arona is only 5 miles away and Stresa is 12 miles away. The colossus of San Carlo Borromeo is just a few minutes' drive away. Colazza is also the starting point for numerous mountain bike trails and relaxing walks in the woods. Less than 2 km away is a shopping center with a supermarket, drugstore, laundromat, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, DIY store, and gas station. The village has plenty of bars, restaurants, small shops, bike rentals, a pharmacy, and an ice rink.
