The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift inside a late 1400 building, in the historic center. It is a small two-room apartment completely renovated of 25 square meters. Composed of a living area with kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, dining table. The bedroom with a standard double bed 160x190, wardrobe and TV. The apartment is heated and cooled by split. To take into consideration the very small bathroom 1.50 x 90 cm. Inside we find the toilet, (no bidet) sink and shower corner. Access to the apartment is via a door opener code that will be sent on the day of arrival after receiving the identity documents. It is not possible to issue a tax invoice as the structure is not a company with VAT number..
The apartment on the second and 1/2 floor without lift is located inside a late 1400s building, in the historic centre. It is a small, completely renovated two-room apartment of 25 m2. Consisting of a living area with kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven. dining table. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV. The apartment is heated and cooled via split. To take into consideration the very small bathroom 1.50 x 90 cm. Inside we find the toilet, sink and shower corner. it is possible to access independently via self check in with code opening.
The apartment is located in the historic center, easily reachable both by car and on foot for those arriving from the train station. in addition there are several typical restaurants just a few meters away. the famous Piazza Gran and the cathedral are just 5 minutes away. standing. the area has paid parking, some even in front of the structure
