Domu Qirat was born in 1880 in the center of Tortolì, in the heart of Ogliastra, one of the Blue Zones famous for being the land of centenarians. Following a conservative renovation completed in 2022, today the residence offers moments of elegant privacy. Domu Qirat is located in the center of Tortolì, a few steps from the summer pedestrian area. In the evening there is no need to travel by car, as there are restaurants, pizzerias and a grocery store nearby. Also within walking distance are the bus station, pharmacy, shops selling high-end artisan products, toy shops, jewelers, banks, clothing shops. Within a radius of 3-5 kilometers there are the best beaches of Ogliastra: fine sand, coarse, gray or golden sand, pebble beaches, granite rock beaches, beaches with shallow water or panoramic cliffs. The most famous are Porto Frailis, Cala Moresca, Rocce Rosse, Cala Ginepro, Lido di Orrì, Cea and Santa Maria Navarrese. The starting points of many sea excursions are also easily reachable. Above all Cala Gonone, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzè. For lovers of mountain excursions and in the right periods we recommend the Selvaggio Blu route, towards the Gorropu canyon or the famous Golgo chasm.
