Hospitality is our core value, which is why we offer a dedicated Concierge service in every apartment, designed to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. We do not use key boxes or require guests to travel to pick up keys. One week before your arrival, a personal concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be at your disposal for any questions regarding the apartment and the area. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed in person, guided inside the property, and assisted throughout your stay, right up until check-out. The service is also available via chat for quick and personalised support. Check-in is scheduled between 15:00 and 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30, a supplement of 50.00 E applies. The security deposit required is 200 E for Collo Lungo and Garda Chiaretto, and 300 E for Luigi Visconti and Gran Lugana. It can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days, provided no damages are reported. DesenzanoLoft is an independent, local Italian company. Since February 2025, we are proud to be an official partner of Marriott – Homes & Villas, which certifies our properties according to the highest international standards. The management remains entirely in the hands of our Italian team. In addition, for stays of at least 6 nights starting from 21 March 2025, we offer our guests a Trenitalia return ticket to Venice, valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (excluding holidays and pre-holidays).

A historical image of the building is still visible in the gallery. The renovation completed in 2021 carefully preserved the original elegance. Distinctive elements such as refined marble staircases, wrought iron railings, stained glass windows, and attic ceilings decorated with frescoes by artists of the time narrate the noble past of the palace. The apartments, each characterised by a spectacular view, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family.
