The 35m2 studio is on the ground floor of a beautiful historic house entirely at your disposal, without shared spaces, with a private bathroom inside the house. The beach is in front of the house, local buses and parking too. Train station 10 minutes walk. We are surrounded by bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Inside the house: TV with satellite, Wifi, air conditioning, radiator heating, mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, plates, cutlery, glasses of all kinds, cups; hairdryer, steamer, sheets, towels, bathroom products, space to work.
