Very bright and newly renovated penthouse near the Central Station of La Spezia, very convenient for reaching the Cinque Terre.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a living room with a large 3-seater sofa, a dining table and a 55-inch smart TV as well as a bathroom with shower and bidet.
There is also a small balcony overlooking the city, with table and chairs available for guests.
We periodically host the works of local artists.
Self check-in and wifi throughout the apartment.
