Historic apartment with frescoes in the CORSO CAVOUR central street in La Spezia, completely restored recently with all conforts: air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix in all rooms, SUPERFAST WIFI - with FTTH - Fiber to the home technology).
Train Station is at 400 meters only, very useful to reach CINQUETERRE.
Around the building there are public parking (marked with Blue lanes) at 1 euro / hour - 1,50 euro/hour ( depending on the zone) from 830 am to 8:00 pm; in the night (from 20:30 to 8:30 ) and on Sunday are free of charge. On Friday is forbidden to park in the street called VIALE GARIBALDI because of the weekly market.
In front of the building there is a BUS stop and you can find : bars, restaurants, pizzerie, supermarket, Bank, Postal Office, local market.
You can reach the Marina by walking and take boats to Cinqueterre, Portovenere, Lerici, Palmaria Island.
