The apartment includes a kitchen,a double bedroom,a wardrobe,a desk,a bathroom and an outdoor porch with a table and some chairs. There are a lot of facilities,for example:TV sat,air conditioning,fridge,oven,hairdryver,safe and Wi-Fi.

The area where Casal sikelio borns were,in 1800,an old farmhouse.It occupies about two hectares of land. This area is rich of lemon trees,orange trees and secular olive trees. The architectural structure belonged to rich families and it's composed by an old grindstone dating back to 1833 with millstones and presses existing still today,used for grape crushing and pressing of the olives. Near the grindstone there were the stables, the barn and accommodations of seasonal laborers. In 1868 was built the master's summer accomodation on the first floor and around 900 arose an other area that was used for the storage of the result of productions and collections. It's thanks to the care and dedication of the owners if after a long process of restoration (began in 2008 and still in progress) today most of these environments have become the rooms of Casal Sikelio, a fascinating blend of traditional and modern country.

The good position of farmhouse give you the chance to reach a lot of places,as: Fontane Bianche,with a bike or also on foot thanks to the excellent connections. The motorway is not so far,just 1km,so you can reach without problems Noto,Siracusa,Avola,Marzamemi,Portopalo,the beautiful beaches of Gallina,Calamosche and Gelsomineto,and some Natural Reserve,as for example: Vendicari,Cavagrande,Pantalica and Plemmirio.
