Casa Monella is a typical tower house of the Ligurian villages, built at the end of the nineteenth century with the materials in use at that time: stone, blackboard, cement tiles. It has recently been renovated respecting its typical features. From all the windows you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of the Poets, and of the islands. Furnished with charming furniture and refined in detail with its sunsets it will make you experience unforgettable evenings. The accommodation is located in a strategic position to reach Lerici, Tellaro, Monte Marcello and the Cinque Terre. The house located a few kilometers from the motorway entrance it will allow you to reach cities of art such as Pisa (80km) Lucca (100km) Florence (150km) in a short time. The many nearby beaches will allow you to enjoy our splendid sea. Just 4 km away is the Villa Marigola golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool. You can reach the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and the islands with a ferry service that leaves from Lerici. There is also the possibility of taking paid one-day boat trips (maximum 5 people in a typical Ligurian gozzo), to visit inaccessible places, go swimming, try fishing, enjoy romantic sunsets while having an aperitif.

I am a physical education teacher, I teach in a high school in the city of La Spezia and I know my area very well.
