Located 150 meters from the famous Piazzetta of Capri and at the same time immersed in a quiet and elegant setting we are pleased to offer our guests an holiday characterized by the centrality and convenience with which to reach the seaside and major historical-artistic interest sites. The delightful apartment, completely renovated in 2024, consists of a comfortable relaxing lounge with a well-equipped kitchenette that leads to the 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with a flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and free Wi-Fi connection. Exclusively belonging to the apartment is a comfortable outdoor space with a sitting area. Via Acquaviva is the oldest pedestrian access road to the Piazzetta. It is a gentle staircase with wide, low steps. Going up it, before accessing the Piazzetta, you will discover the ancient gate of Capri.

My property, being located in via Acquaviva, has the great advantage of being located 3 minutes from the famous Piazzetta, close to both the shopping street and the most exclusive restaurants and at the same time, as it is not accessible to cars, it is one of the quietest streets in the city center, ensuring peaceful nights. The characteristic funicular, once you arrive in the centre, is therefore located a few steps from the structure. Furthermore, the apartment is close to the carriage road so it can also be easily reached by bus (the stop is right at the end of via Acquaviva) or taxi, if guests are traveling with heavy luggage.
