In the village you will find water games, swimming pools and hydromassage tubs for adults and children, you will be able to play sports and have fun thanks to our entertainment team; you will also be able to use many convenient services, including free Wi-Fi (hotspot), marked parking spaces, shops, restaurant, pizzeria, bar... for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, and you can even take your 4-legged friends too!

Nearby you will find renowned seaside resorts such as Vada, San Vincenzo, Baratti and Populonia; the hinterland is home to some of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Campiglia Marittima and Sassetta. Pets are only allowed in mobile homes at an extra cost which includes dedicated services and mandatory final cleaning equal to €40.00 for stays of up to 3 nights, €80.00 for stays of 4 to 7 nights, and €120.00 for stays of 8 to 15 nights, to be paid upon arrival.

For the second pet, a supplement equal to 50% of the rate of the first pet applies.

They are not allowed in the Tent.

The city tax is required from May to September 2025. The amount is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights + € 1.00 per person per night for the following 7 nights, to be paid upon arrival. The following are exempt from payment:
