Calixa is a private apartment for tourists use, located in the central area, just outside the pedestrian area of ​​the Villanova district. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building built in the 1930s, there is no lift. It is composed of three large bedrooms with private en suite bathroom and a spacious and equipped kitchen/living room. There is a laundry area, where there is a washing machine and dryer. All rooms are air conditioned (heat pumps). The rooms are furnished and equipped with bed linens suitable for the seasons, a large wardrobe. In two of the rooms (with the exception of the standard one) there is a desk. The bathrooms have a set of towels (2 shower, 2 face, 2 guest), hairdryer and basic products. The structure can be booked in two alternative ways: - reserving the entire apartment (3 bedroom apartment) - or by selecting the single room In the first case you will have exclusive access to the apartment, in the second case the kitchen/living area can be shared with the other rooms.
