Our flat is organised to accommodate single guests, families or couples. The rooms are on the first floor without lift and the whole building is the result of a careful renovation completed in January 2024 as the building, which is typical Florentine, dates back to 1930 and was previously the residence of a famous butcher who had his shop on the ground floor. The rooms, , with en-suite bathroom, are cosy and simply but tastefully furnished. Inside the flat there is a small shared area for guests with a kettle with tea and herbal teas and a coffee machine with capsules.

Welcome! We are Alessandro and Claudia, we are married and share many interests such as art, cycling and love for the city that welcomed us so many years ago and in which we have chosen to live. We live upstairs and will be on hand to provide you with all the information you need to make your stay in Florence special and comfortable.

Our neighbourhood is very quiet and residential, and there are all the main services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery and more. The strategic location allows you to reach the historic centre of Florence on foot or by Tramway (STATUTO stop which is just 240 metres away).
