Villas with access to the pool and sports attractions of the nearby center that runs them, just steps from the clear sea of Ostuni's coastline. The Blue Sea Villas are located within the private Mare Blu Village, at the center of the Ostuni coastline and equipped with many facilities that guests can access for an entrance fee, such as a communal swimming pool, tennis and soccer field, and amphitheater. The new detached villas boast a private garden and a furnished veranda including a barbecue, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation. The bright living room comes with a TV, a dining table and a double sofa bed, while the fully equipped kitchen is situated in the adjacent room. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the latter comes with twin beds. Each villa is provided with an additional bathroom, a laundry room, an outdoor shower and a private parking space. Finally, from the terrace guests will have a beautiful view over the sea of Villanova, which is only a few steps away from the village. Blue Sea Villas offer all comforts necessary to meet our guests’ needs, for a relaxing and pleasant stay, such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. *The access to the swimming pool is NOT included in the price. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. They narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city. Its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, famous for its ancient dwellings “trulli”, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north there is the archaeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative old towns and enchanting beaches.
